Tim Horlick is an entrepreneur, business executive and finance professional with over 15 years business operations and private equity experience and 17 years in investment banking and capital markets.

He has extensive experience of business start-ups, primary and secondary fundraising and syndicated transactions. Broad deal experience of mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and principal investment ranging from FTSE100, S&P 500 and small cap public companies to start-up and growth capital ventures.
